Simulated myeloid progenitors [Krumsiek et al., 2011].
The literature-curated boolean network from Krumsiek et al. [2011] was used to simulate the data. It describes development to four cell fates: ‘monocyte’, ‘erythrocyte’, ‘megakaryocyte’ and ‘neutrophil’.
